Who I Am - A Seeker, Journeyer, & Wellness Guide
The year 1993 opened a new chapter in my life - one that would sow the seeds for what would become my personal and public quest to answer Life’s bigger questions. That year presented me with a book called Astrology for Beginners by William Hewitt. The rabbit hole opened, and soon I found myself absorbing all kinds of information - health and wellness, esoteric and occult, and a host of life transforming subjects. I was propelled from one idea to the next at a dizzying speed. Signs and symbols showed up all around me, and I became privy to thoughts and ideas that few people openly discuss. My world and mind expanded and I felt impelled to share what I have experienced.
My main areas of study and practice include massage therapy, aromatherapy, yoga and yoga therapy, and astrology. I have adapted these teachings into a wholistic blend of body work, teaching, and guidance. Currently, my massage practice is thriving and I am not taking on new clients. I do share yoga teachings with students in the Red Deer area and beyond when opportunities present themselves. I also am available for presentations on various subjects of health, wellness, and spiritual guidance.
My goal is to share the scope of my experience through my website so others may explore what messages they are receiving in their lives. Basic information about me and my services is available. However, I am also embedding Hidden Messages into this website for deeper inquiry. Seek and ye shall find - but be aware. You will find only what you require. What you choose to do with the information is completely up to you. And know that what you discover one time will be different the next time. You never know what the message will reveal or where the rabbit hole will lead. Enjoy!

Cancellations: Bookings may be cancelled without penalty with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you are unable to attend your appointment within 24 hours of your booking, please DO call or text to let me know so I might have an opportunity to find someone on the waitlist to take your place. Last minute cancellations/no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee up to the full amount of the services booked.
Payments: Payment is due when service is rendered. Current methods of payment available are cash, cheque, and email transfer. GST is included in all prices. Any cheques returned are subject to NSF fees of $25.
