Chakra Yoga focuses on a variety of Hatha Yoga postures which balance the energy centers throughout our being. Learn simple meditation & breathing techniques, perfect for incorporating into any hectic schedule.
Calm the body, mind & soul by applying breath & movement to gain clarity, stamina & core strength. Increase flexibility, circulation & mobility. Reduce anxiety, fatigue & inflammation. Stimulate creativity, digestion & metabolism.
Suitable for all levels, medium-paced class.
