Try one or two of the 4 sessions offered with internationally acclaimed yoga teacher, Doug Swenson. There's something for everyone from Doug's signature flowing style "Sadhana Yoga Chi" to "Soft-Style Hatha" to challenging "2nd Series Ashtanga/Power" or one with both challenging and soft elements "Power to Yin".

Saturday morning: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Power to Yin / The Challenge – Leads to Bliss  (All levels)
This class will be split into two distinct opposing energies! Beginning the class with a very challenging (vinyasa yoga sequence) – then moving gracefully into a blissful soft and form yoga practice – as we melt into bliss.
 
Saturday afternoon: 2:30 - 5:00 pm
Introduction to 2nd Level Ashtanga Flow – (Intermediate – Advanced)
This class walks the student through the 2nd level series of Ashtanga Yoga, using supportive alternatives to challenging asana.
 
Sunday morning: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Sadhana Yoga Chi (Fluid Power) – (Beginner to Advanced)
A very soothing arrangement of soft & hard yoga asanas, connected together with mostly light (non - muscle resistance) vinyasa and some challenging  (muscle resistance) vinyasa. You will enjoy the challenge, achieve a variety of new poses and move with fluid power. When finished, drift into a blissful deep relaxation followed by a guided meditation.

Sunday afternoon: 2:30 - 5:00 pm
Hatha Yoga – Soft Style Practice – (All levels)
Practice a variety of postures – using a more restorative approach and non- muscle resistance (softer) vinyasa. 

About Doug Swenson

Doug SwensonDoug Swenson began his study of yoga in 1969. He has had the fortune of studying with many great teachers including Dr. Ernest Wood, K. Pattabhi Jois, Ramanand Patel and others.

Doug is a master yoga practitioner, philosopher, poet and dedicated health advocate. He has incorporated influences from several different yoga systems along with his passion for nutrition and the environment to develop his unique approach. Over the years he has authored several books; “Yoga Helps”, “The Diet That Loves You Most”, “Power Yoga for Dummies”  and “Mastering The Secrets of Yoga Flow”.

Doug travels extensively offering workshops, retreats and teacher training courses around the world. Don't miss the opportunity to study with one of the world’s top instructors.
