The practice of yoga is ideal for pregnancy, and Prenatal Yoga classes are a fabulous way to make time for yourself, while bonding with your growing baby. By bringing an awareness to the physical body, participants will find a deeper connection with the body, the breath, the mind and, most importantly, to baby.
Prenatal yoga offers a safe class of postures that balances strength and toning for your physical body and mind. Postures are designed for pregnancy, with modifications for each trimester. While you nurture yours and your baby’s spirit and soul, you will also be able to bond with other mothers to be in a safe environment. Learn techniques and tools to embrace a conscious and empowered journey into pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. You may want to consider consulting your health care provider before attending.
